ARBOR RIDGE TREE CARE LLC - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services ("Services") by Arbor Ridge Tree Care LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to you ("Customer", "you", "your"). By engaging us to provide Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide tree care services including but not limited to tree pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, and tree health assessment. The specific Services to be provided will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

3. Estimates

Any estimate provided by us is a mere approximation of the likely cost of the Services. The actual cost may be higher or lower than the estimate, depending on the actual time taken and materials used.

4. Payment

Payment for our Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a late fee may be applied.

5. Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our Services. However, we are not responsible for damage to your property that is not directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Liability

Our liability for any damage or loss you suffer as a result of our Services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Services are performed.

9. Amendments

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website.

10. Acceptance

By engaging us to provide Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
